Can anyone make an elephant?

I know it's a strange question, but a friend's mum is interested in commissioning a pendant; a silver 3D elephant with 'green' eyes. semi-precious for the eyes, rather than emerald.

It's way beyond my capability to date, so I thought someone else may be interested?
