    Glad to see it's not just me who needs to edit posts for the stuff I forgot Vos!!

    Those are lovely spirals you've achieved, I'm sure Steve will say no problem hallmarking where you have indicated. Though you may get a little distortion or flattening on the reverse.....just tweak the general shape with your original forming tool(s) and buff the reverse and all should be well!!

    Looking forwards to seeing the finished result!!

    I'm hoping to have them lasered which should avoid distortion (I hope!)

    I have all my domed and delicate pieces laser marked so there is no distortion

    Hi Vos, Yes that should not be a problem to laser mark there. Don't forget though when you send them in to write on the hallnote that you want them marked there, and mark on the items with a non permanent marker the location too.
