    Default Help identifying a tool

    Hi all, I've started making rings in wax, and have been using files so far, but i've seen a GREAT burr on a youtube video, and wondered if anyone knew what it was. It looks so easy to carve away the wax. Is it a diamond burr? Here's an image (a bit difficult to see) and a link to the video:
