Default Hammer hand pieces for pendant motors

    Hi,

Does the hammer hand piece fit onto a normal pendant motor with the usual cirucular action? I'm confused about how the hammer action can occur with a rotary action motor?
Does anybody know how to know if it'll fit into an existing pendant motor - I'm looking at the Badeco one.

    Thanks!

The hammer works from the circular motion, I presume its like a cam system. You also need to make sure the fitting is correct for your pendant drill there are different of types.

Providing your pendant drill has a slip joint connection the Badeco should fit and work OK, hammerheads are designed to work from a rotary action pendant drill. I use a Faro hammerhead handpiece on my pendant drill and it is very useful.
