First piece since back at the bench (well, sort of!)

Thank you everyone for all of your kind compliments. I was obviously pleased just to have been able to finish something, and have even started sketching designs again. It's quite difficult trying to re-learn everything one-handed (my left leg and arm never recovered) but, I have never been known to give up on even the smallest task, it is only sparking my imagination more to come up with new ways of creating designs.

As my darling son, the budding jewellery designer (8), says, "it's collateral thinking, Mami!". Err, yes darling, I think you mean lateral thinking. "No, Mami. It's collateral thinking cos you're thinking of new ways to use the stuff you already have!". Dammit, I hate it when my chidlren out-think me!
