Very cute. I have a box-dwelling, carrier bag filling, school bag sleeping pair of them here too :-)

thank you Julie - they are funny little creatures - great company and weird little personalities that sleep a lot! (not that I am jealous of the sleeping part of course)

hehe, thank you Lydia. Must say, my older cat looks on in distain. She likes boxes, but would rather snuggle in a cardigan I have just taken off!

Oh, Dennis, not sure about the winning bit. But given her 'mews' status, she has become very demanding for a certain type of treat and has now learned if she offers her paw, rather than gives it at request, she gets her treat. Cats are very clever, cunning and cute (the 4 C's, just like a diamond!) lol

    Hi all,

I am happy to announce the winner of the April Themed competition is Wallace with the below entry

The judges said: “Even though this was the only entry this month, it would have been a clear favourite anyway! The personality, character and humour of the designer is perfectly captured here and the movement in the piece is charming! Well done!”

Wallace, please email me (jemima.joy@cooksongold.com) with your contact details and Cooksongold account number (if you have one) and i will arrange for your prize to be sorted.

    Once again, congratulations Wallace!

    Well done Wallace!

On a wider issue, is it OK for members not associated with Cooksongold to organise their own competitions? Maybe I should put this to you in a private message, but I have an idea!

Congratulations Wallace (and pet). I take it you will be sharing the prize?

Steve, we've just had a pop up competition. Dennis.

thank you Cookson Gold - I was expecting it to be carried over to next month as it was the only entry

thank you Jill, Steve and Dennis

feels a little weird, being the only entry, I must say!

it is a great and fun little piece that now has a new owner and a request for a second edition!

Dennis, I am sure that Tesla won't find the things Cookies offer to be of much interest and so have given her some extra treats she loves to eat (thrown into a bag and a box for her to hunt rather than my feet! )
