    Not the only ones. If I'm annealing some of the more awkward air-hardening steels I'll usually stuff it in an ammo tin full of vermiculite.

    The garage has its uses I can line the vermiculite up with the compost and no-one will ever know (wonder what "normal" people use vermic for LOL)
