What is this pop up at the lower right hand screen.

Enrage visitors! Every time I go to scroll down and the mouse pointer go's over the Yahoo live thing it just pops up and gets in the way. tells me nothing and does not enrich my visit.

Is there a way of getting rid of it. why do I need to know that this site gets more visitors than other stores, but thanks for the reminder that we spend more time on this site than any other may be its just waiting for the thing to go away.
