lovely Sarah. My little boy is obsessed with Orcas (one of his Asperger traits!), so we are big fans! (We adopted one at Christmas for him). Have you seen Blackfish? Loved it. I am posting my entry as soon as the resin dries. It is pure daftness.

Thanks very much Tabby and Lydia

Cant wait to see your new design Lydia!

Yes I saw blackfish, I actually had no idea how awful it was until then, I stupidly assumed they all lived in sea pens :/
I have several friends working hard to raise awareness and things do seem to be getting somewhere albeit slowly.

Sarah, that's really lovely and what a good cause too.

I've portrayed her as being back in the ocean hence the happiness

Not in the same league as James, but I have just finished this bracelet for a friend. He brought back a fossil from a high mountain in Peru and I got it cut in half and set it with a rough Ruby crystal in between.
There are Garnets (January birthday) and I also made a chain so she could wear it round her neck.
I was quite pleased with everything except the fossil which was a pain to work with. Never again.....Click image for larger version.

And now for something completely different (ok, and a bit of daftness).
    The Necklace Of Unrelenting Cheerfulness
Simple handmade chain with resin filled charms. Chain and outside of cloud are lightly oxidised. Explanation on pics.
Edited: The 'rose' came out a little more violent than I anticipated, but at least it's translucent so can still be looked through!
I think this will be a give away for someone who needs it!

Brilliant ideas Lydia! It's going to be another hard decision for the judges this month.
