Back in the sixties, bikers used to wear skull rings, dont know if it was significant, but you avoided them if you could.

I think it's lovely and there is a huge market for skull jewellery right now as there was way before the Nazi's got interested in skulls.

I've been currently obsessing over memento mori watches and watch chains. The one Mary Queen of Scots had was particularly spectacular. I've also been jonesing a couple of antique Doctors rings on ebay. There is a gold one which is enamelled black which I especially like.
