turning up at your door is certainly intimidating (even if they aren't): it wouldn't take much for you to for example fear their state of mind may not be entirely logical and any number of small behavioural traits could make you fear for the safety of yourself and / or family - nicely fitting the definition of assault. Plod would have to sit up and listen, like it or not they would be in the focus of the police-complaints commission were things to turn nasty when they had ignored previous instances. Granted they will not likely lift a finger after the (first) event, but it might be as well just to put it on record.

Possibly the best course is to get an injunction - since you already have the judgement no judge is going to be impressed with debtors turning up at yours. Breach of an injunction can get them sent to prison for contempt and you don't have to persuade a plod to leave his bacon sandwich to do something about it - plus of course you get the damages. Don't get mad get money.
As soon as you can slap this up to the High Court and hand it over to the Sheriffs. don't bother with bailiffs from the County Court. Sheriffs have much wider powers. They can simply roll up and start collecting stuff in lieu which usually makes debtors pay up.
Or you can get your debtor to have to appear before a judge in an examination as to means...

That's harassment surely! No-ones got the right to intimidate like that and at your own home. I'd go to the police about her, which will also count against her in the court.
