    Default Trinket Box

This isn't exctly jewellery but it was what got me started on the long rocky road. I was given a book by Julia S Pretl called 'Little Beaded Boxes' so I thought I'd give it a try, bought some delicas and the rest is history.

Each side is approx 6cm long and it's approx 4 cm high and there are about 1800 delicas sewn in payote stitch. I have lined it with felt to finish it off.

Hope you like it - I do

For me it was beaded amulet bags. I used to fill them with different woods and gemstones for different meanings. Pagan Blessings I called myself. It was moderately successful

    Very pretty

I struggle with the little beads, but do admire people who have the patience to make such lovely thing with them!
