Noob assay question...hallnote copies

Hi, so...

Sorry if this sounds like the splittiest of splitty hairs but on the hallnote is says to provide two copies of the completed hallnote.

Does this mean ...

A. an original and one copy?

OR

B. An original PLUS two copies?

Again sorry if this is blindingly obvious to everyone else but I started wondering and it's doing my head in!

I just send mine in as it is and they send me one copy back with the receipt.

I did the same thing - 2 copies of the original... I know better now However, having said that, Birmingham office had triplicate forms that you sent in, white, yellow ??? and green??? Coloured CC always came back with the parcel

yep, at brum I send in the top white copy, the pink one (or is it the yellow one? either way the middle one) and keep the other one (which helpfully has "customer's copy' emblazoned over it). When stuff is sent back, I get the copy of the note I sent.

Thanks guys. I'm with London, and working from a PDF printout of the hallnote. It's only my second parcel so I'll learn the old routine soon enough, hopefully in time for xmas!
