    I did some checking and it is yet another very old inscription that predates the Nazi party considerably. It must be remembered that certain very ancient symbolism has, in more recent years, been adopted and bastardised by such as the Nazi party.
    It is possible that the customer is pagan, or follows some other such ancient path.
    I also found several examples of rings with the same runic inscription for sale on reputable german sites.

    At the end of the day, if you are not happy to do a piece for whatever reason it is better not to do it as you would not do it justice.
