assay registration hiccup!

Soo I've been trying for literally hours to remember my login details for the Goldsmiths company website so I can pay for hallmarking online, it wont send a reminder unless I can tell it my username, which I have completely forgotten in the three months since I registered. I've tried emailing both the assay accounts address and the registration address with no reply

Guess I'm just venting really.

They're probably really busy.

Has anyone else had a total brainfart over their login details and if so how did they sort it out?

My account number is written boldly on the front of my hallnotes.
Doesn't mean I can always remember my password though.
