Even when you've been doing it for years, there's still a scrap pile!

Hi everyone. My two cents, inspired by the gold fishes in son's aquarium. Filigree, sterling silver, tiger eye.

June 2014 Themed Competition
Ok, my first month for posting an entry and it is no winner, but.....
Cherry blossom us one of my favourite flowers so I had to make something to symbolise that. Mainly from 0.6 sheet, two different textures, flowers cut, filed & shaped using a doming block. The centre of the flowers was my first attempt at granulation & sweat soldering.

That's really pretty Mel

Thank you both so much 😊 Tbh I love it so much that I wear one that isn't Hallmarked, that way I can't sell it no matter how insistent someone is! It seems to me a hit, esp with the matching earrings. Your compliments have made my day, thank you again😁

Filigree Leaf Earrings
Hello everyone!
I thought I'd sneak in at the last minute and post my latest creation, inspired by leafs and growing plants.
The inside of the leaf symbolizes the living plant, wanting to spring free of its confines into the waiting world.
The filigree leaf earrings are made in sterling silver and featuring a small green crysocolla bead.
Each earring weighs approximately 3.4 grams (for a total of 6.9 g) and the leaf part is five cm long (not including stalk and ear wire).

Hi all,
thanks for all your beautiful entries!
Our judging panel will have a look and decide on a winner.
Keep an eye on this thread for the announcement.
In the meantime, why not enter our July competition? The theme is....holidays!
Good luck!
Thanks
Jemima
