It does seem like it sometimes lol! That's only a small proportion of what I keep in stock.

Thanks for the comments on the display. You should see some of the others though - makes me feel very second rate!

Sorry Barbara, your post got a bit hi-jacked. I wanted to say that I really like your display boxes. As well as having height, people really like to look down at jewellery. I find that the things I put at table height are what people notice first. People do like to be able to touch things though so you do need some stuff out for them to try on.

Thanks for all your comments and photos...it's all adding grist to the mill!! Talking of grist - I don't think I could cope witht he gravel in the box with driftwood Ben...as my daughter used to keep lizards in that sort of environment - I would be constantly watching for that flicky tongue every time I put my hand in....yuk!! (shudder!!)

OMG I can just see it now, thousands of members of the public suddenly being admitted to hospital from bites from nasty creatures and the doctors sighing and asking the patient "were you by any chance looking at jewellery?" then saying to their teams "Oh god looks like another of those poor souls who have been looking at jewellery from one of the people on the Cookie forums again "
