Default Marks And Barfield, Look Away.

Sometime last autumn I was asked to make a brooch of the London Eye and of course I agreed. This was a decision I soon came to regret and come Christmas I felt I could no longer leave it on the back burner.

Here then is my take on the London Eye, which owes more to my experiments with filigree, than to Marks and Barfield. Dennis.

I would frame that and display it prominently on a wall. Lovely! Bet that took ages!

Good grief Dennis, that's fabulous. I bet it took ages, peppered with lots of swearing!

Wow Dennis, that piece is just fantastic. I hope you will not mind me showing the images to my friend; her father worked for Hollandia at the time and was responsible for the steel work on the eye.
