At a guess, I would think either buying or selling. Just looked on Wiki, it says promoting an item for sale.

What has a job at best buy got to do with making jewellery?

There is that as they sell electronics, computers, sound systems etc.Not a company you'd want to work for anyway as they are purely sales motivated and you'll spend your working life waiting to be sacked if you don't bring in the money. A friend worked for them in Canada for 8 years and every January it was the same story

In this instance, I suspect it's probably a tasty pressed pork and ham product, sometimes frittered and presented with crisp chips and traditionally baked beans. If you a prefer a quick lunch on the go you could open a tin or packet and simply serve between two tasty slices of white bread - possibly with a little piccalilli for a bit of extra crunch and tang.
