adding to old saved baskets

is there a way to do this? I have three or four saved baskets and I'd really like to either combine them or at least to add to them. Is there a trick I'm missing?

I had to think twice to remember how to do this!
Go into Your account, previous basket, choose which basket your want by clicking on the IQ/BQ number which then makes that basket live, then click on continue shopping (on the left) in order to add items. Please let me know if you still have any questions
