    I've used something similar, although not that particular brand, to hide firestain when I couldn't be arsed to polish it out. Works pretty well, but now I have a bench polisher it's easier to get the firestain out, so don't tend to use it these days.

    The firestain idea is brilliant, hand polishing it out is such a nightmare and takes sooooooo long especially if bits are fiddly X

    It's ok for low wear areas, but it does come off pretty quickly for anything that has any real contact. It does feel like cheating though

    It certainly does!! i'm just thinking if i ever make a little pierced piece that's quite fragile it might stop temper tantrums lol
