I reckon that would be pretty easy to make either in PMC or wax and then cast it.

I made this version in cad its not to scale because I didn't know what size it needs to be but that's easy to fix, I can give you the file if you like it so you can have it made if that's any good to you ? I can also cast it for you if you want regards Joe

Wow, thanks to you all for your help with this, wasn't expecting you to take that much trouble. I have decided to make a simplified version and just saw it out and solder on the wing but you have been awesome! Cheers!
