Hi all. I'm new here and this is my second post today, please don't shoot me for spamming

I've got a plan in my head for a ring I'm making. If someone could run down what I'm about to do and say that's fine (or it's not!) then I'd be very much obliged!

1) Making a silver PMC ring
2) Using stones that cannot be fired
3) Going to solder on pre-made rub-on bezels of sterling.
4) Would like to set some 1.7mm round bezels into the clay so they're near flush. I can't find any of silver though. Any other metals ok? I think it might look rather unusual to have a different colour like gold, so the aesthetics of a different metal don't bother me. Or does anyone know where I can get pre-notched round bezels from so I can snap those bad-boys straight in?
5) Hallmarking through Cooksons. Maybe!

Thanks for taking the time!
