    Default hello everybody

Hello, actually i"m joining this forum to get some ideas on decorating my zimmer, white stick and hearing aid. Well, then again maybe not. I did fib about the zimmer, tho" it doesn"t seem that far away! Not totally new to jewellery, as I have made some in the course of my career as a propmaker in opera, theatre, film and t.v. If I can find out how, and the forum allows it, I will post some photos. I have a small workshop, very well equipped but barely enough room to swing a cat"s flea. Now I"m looking forward to new adventures and challenges in jewellery making, I"d love your help when I need it and will be happy to help when I can. Have to go now, my little black cat is demanding my attention!
    Cheers Iori.

Hi Iori and welcome to the forum. Does your little black cat help in the workshop?

    Hi Iori,
Welcome to the forum, I look forward to seeing some photos of your props. I made some props used in a James Bond film back in the 1980s.

No Medusa, I was part of a team of goldsmiths who made some Faberge Eggs used in Octopussy.

Very beautiful Goldsmith, along with the rest of your work,, not that you need anybody to tell you that. It aptly illustrates the fact that when the budget and time is available the quality of props can be second to none. The word "prop" actually comes from the phrase "the property of a gentleman", referring to the time when actors had to supply their own. Thanks again for sharing.
    Cheers,
    Iori..
