complete beginners

Can anyone suggest some youtube tutorials (or anywhere else for that matter) for a complete newbie? I'm not experianced enough to explain myself and i have a few friends who are just about to put their hands on their very first pieces of clay. I came back here as I was given some fab info but cant find the links I was given anymore. Thanks ever so much i'm after the real basics like rolling, and reconditioning.
