    Post Stainless steel pin wire

    Can anyone tell me where I can buy stailess steel pinwire, 0.9-1.0 mm to make brooch pins?

    Dear Cathy,

    Stainless steel wire is very stiff, so I would suggest 0.9mm wire for large brooches and 0.8 for small ones.

    I have just ordered the wire from KC Smith, really helpful people, inexpensive and it comes in straight lengths! What more could you ask for. It should arrive tomorrow. Many thanks again!
