Default Where do you get your investment (casting) from?

    Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a good supplier of casting investment, without having to buy 25Kg + and spend the same amount of money on postage as product! I am in Bristol BTW if there are any real shop suggestions!

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Craig

    Hi Craig -

Not a huge amount of help, sorry - I buy mine in 25kg sacks from Walsh's. And yes, the postage is a bugger.

Wonder if whoever Purimachos became would have some suggestions? As you'll probably be aware I've used them a moderate amount for refractory materials in the past.

Craig, I would have thought AlecTiranti might have some investment too, but I cold not access their online catalogue today. Perhaps you can find their phone number and call them.
    Kind regards Dennis.

Also try South Western Industrial Plasters they are quite near you I think, address is 63 Netherstreet, Bromham, Chippenham, Wilts, 01380 850616 I find them very helpful.
