Default Urgent help needed....making repeat shapes from art clay.

    Hi all,
I need advice urgently! I have an order for 30 lightening bolt shaped charms, I have made these in the past individually using a mold I made with the blue and white putty stuff. However for 30 this is proving to be 1/time consuming and mainly 2/ not consistent. What I think I need is a tiny shaped cutter, like a cookie cutter sort of thing but in the specific shape I need.
This is the only way I can think of to get so many to look fairly similar....but no idea how to make one of where to find somewhere that can ake one quickly......

I would really appreciate any advice anyone can offer.....
    Lesley.

I would make one from brass or copper sheet - just like making a bezel, but shaped.

Lightening bolts have a sinister history. Do you know what they are for?

Hi all- thanks for the replies. I have the cookie cutter, its way too big for the charms I am making.

I am also intrigued....please enlighten us!!
The charms are for necklaces and earrings for the UK Rocky Horror fanclub- I am a big RH fan and the lightening bolt has become a sort of symbol as it appears several times in the film.

Nazi symbol signifying the Schutzstaffel (SS), Heinrich Himmler’s police forces, whose members ranged from agents of the Gestapo to soldiers of the Waffen SS to the guards at concentration and death camps.

The symbol is frequently seen in neo-Nazi tattoos and graffiti and characterizes the beliefs of neo-Nazis and racist skinheads – violence, anti-Semitism, white supremacy and fascism.

Right, I can assure you that my little charms are lightening bolts and look nothing like, or have any connections to these symbols!
