Most enamel mixes are relatively clear (if there's lots of pigment it might not set)
colores resin to an opaque set and I think Claire Johns of CJ Resins could probably
sort you out too (her are Ok with the Cooksons ones)

The chemset resins Cooksons sell are exactly the same ones that Clare John at cjresins has, but hers are significantly cheaper! The pastes give a very flat opaque result - you use only a tiny amount of paste, and it becomes more opaque the more pigment you use.

Aw, thank you Alexandra They were trickier than I expected as they're a match to a very prescriptive client logo. GETi did an amazing job on laser etching them for me to get deep enough to make the resin really effective. I have to admit to being a complete convert to the chemset resins now, and consistently love the results. I was lucky enough to do a two day workshop with Clare John in the summer - what a fab teacher - and lots of those little lightbulb moments that make a course really worthwhile.
