cooksons check out

Hi all
Back of my hols and all rearing to go, just tried to order from cooksons and up popped error page again, have saved my basket and will have another try, but it does seem to pop up quite a lot for me. does anyone else have this keep happening, I even have free postage to use due to last time I couldn't check out and had to phone my order through, only problem with that is you still have everything in your basket, I wish Coocksons would have a way to empty your basket and start again!!

If you go into "your account " (top right hand side) you will then see a number of options - one of which is to save your basket and start a new one. I have to do this a lot when I get over ambitious with my order and then can't see the wood for the trees!

pmsl that typo in the last line looks almost like a freudian slip - just one too many 'o's.

also at the bottom of the home page under ordering there is a 'start a new basket option'
