William Spratling - he established a model for the artistic development and growth of the silver industry in Taxco and well deserved the title "Father of Contemporary Mexican Silver!"
In fact i find a lot the "Taxco" artisans inspiring....I put some pictures on my blog of Taxco & Spratling Silver - it's awesome!
Also love the work of Nick Hubbard - he makes very quirky pieces full of fun with lots of detail. He's one of the folks I stock in my shop.
