Not much that can be said other than "ow!" and get well soon.

I've heard tell of using aquarium air pumps and tubing to blow a gentle stream of air under the cast to relieve itching. Never broken anything yet [1], so can't comment from personal experience.

[1] I'm sure the horses will be delighted to assist...

Not that bad, if it hadn't been right at the start of a bit of a get-together of people from my lampworking forum, including quite a few I'd never met before, and some very amused children (who clearly thought I was the entertainment). Talk about making an entrance.....
Oh no! That is so unfortunate!
The dog owner must have felt awful about it!

    Oucheee!

Oh George! Was that at Julie Fountain's? If so, I can imagine the dog digging holes - he ate my lunchbox trying to get a packet of crisps out (my fault, she did warn me to put it out of reach!)

    It was indeed!

Julie's one of my bestest buds and we do quite a lot of collaborative work. She was hosting a bit of a FHF gathering and we were just setting up my torch (rather than ripping the torch porch apart) in her big marquee in the garden when it happened.....

I love Charlie, but he is nuts

I'm hoping for world peace but I'd also like something shiny as well...
