    Default Polishing Motors

    hi,

i have been using a cheap b&q polishing motor for the past 12 months, it still works fine. Sometimes it takes a long time to get an acceptable finish. I have always questioned whether or not a polishing motor for around £200 would work alot better and give much better polishing results or would it not make much difference. Sometimes when using the cheap motor i push the piece that hard onto the polishing mop that it stops rotating.

    Any advice greatly appreciated.

I don't have an answer to this, but I would like to hear one, so I am pushing this up to the top.
