    My cat just sat on the keyboard and everything has gone really BIG. Any suggestions?

    Errm, could try clicking the zoom in function in the browser (magnifying glass, bottom right in IE) might just have zoomed in a bit...?

    Which browser?

    (I notice a couple of people here said they use Chrome... Thought it was just us geeks tinkering with that at the moment!)

    Added - you said before I'd finished posting
    View -> Zoom -> Reset (ctrl 0)

    For future reference - control, start and the wheel button on the mouse changes the size of what you see on your screen.

    Off to skin the cat

    Ah, the dangers of assuming...

    ctrl 0 works for Chrome too - and you don't need the start key along with the wheel.

    Shorthand smilies -

    Thanks Peter - I feel like a real numpty now (but I don't feel as bad as the cat will if he does it again)

    Nothing to feel numptyish about - *some* of us are supposed to know these things implicitly.

    (no sane person would!)

    So you pushed something that made your computer go weird and now you're blaming it on your cat? Shame on you!
