    Default The Cloud Bucket

It all started when I saw a really nice piece of photographic gear called the Cloud Dome.

Advertised and promoted on some American forum dealing with photographing shiny objects close up.

It gave terrific results, but I thought the price was a bit over the top for what was effectively a big hemispherical diffuser.

So I went looking for a translucent 'Dome'y sort of thing', and found my own Cloud Bucket in Woolies for 99p

Woolies, sadly, is no more, but the Cloud Bucket is still in regular use!

    Here is the resulting picture

AH!! So we have at least 2 geniuses on the forum!! This idea is very similar to the one Boo posted. http://www.boo.myzen.co.uk/lighting.html I've bought my bucket...or rather a food saver container...I just need to find the time to actually do the photography!!

It's looking very good, Bigwol...I only hope I can get mine to work as well.
