    I think it's fine as a name. It's your name. It says that your jewellery is hand made by you and not by someone in a sweatshop somewhere. If you used a made up name I for one wouldn't have the confidence to buy from you.

    What does sound like jewellery? Unless your name happens to be Cartier, Tiffany, Garrard of course.

    I also like real names being used, and may well change to using mine in the future - when I started selling I was about to get married, so names were a bit up in the air, but I feel far more confident buying from someone with a name than a random phrase.

    I'm certainly changing to my own name soon too - there is only one Di Sandland and she doesn't work in a sweat shop on the Indian sub-continent somewhere.

    Its memorable like mine
    I'm not changing mine now I'm married because everyone seem to remember Buckle. I have more of a problem with people spelling Alexandra wrong.

    I think McElwee Jewellery has quite a ring to it. McJewEllerwee.
