    Smile Calling all shy new forum folk...and those we missed!

    Hi everybody...! as we are are told there are hundreds of active members...why haven't we heard anything about you yet??

    to anyone who hasn't taken the plunge to introduce themself yet...and to those who we seem to have missed with a big warm welcome...please try again...

    No thats not fair you cant open the biscuit tin now, i start a diet class on Wednesday!!!!! *sulks*

    No biccies for me - I've got a wedding dress to fit into
    I can offer a rice cake or two...? any takers...? no thought not!

    My friend has said the best way to eat Rice cakes is with cream and jam -
    you can hardly taste the rice at all

    I will! Especially if it's with sesame seeds.... but there you go, I am on a low carb diet so i can't even eat them!

    Sorry - I have plain or with a hint of chilli anyway! Sesame seeds aren't on my diet! Lol - listen to us with our silly diets!

    Seriously though I've lost 2 stone in a year following the weight watchers core plan - would recommend it.
