I must admit I love snow, but not when I'm driving in it. The lanes around where we live are trecherous, as the gritters don't get that far. I went for a walk this morning and took these..

Wow its like a really strong frost! Looks beautiful!

I'm in the centre of a city and they aren't gritting here so there's nope hope for anyone I saw a bloke totally wipeout on the ice in front of me earlier, I was so scared to move (if I fall with the state of my back there is going to be trouble!). I went home and won't be leaving again until I fly (weather permitting) home to Devon for xmas on Thursday! I REALLY need some exercise!!

Gorgeous pix, Jules. And that pine cone is a wonderful 'inspiration' pic! That's how I work too - loads and loads of pics of nature. For me its the colour that 'speaks' but I really am going to have to start looking at shape too.

    Lovely pictures Faith & Jules!

We had more snow this lunchtime and all this fell in about an hour. Not as much as Faith's though.

Curtains still shut in Chloe's bedroom window, although a shout of 'snow' got her up - if only to ask if school will be shut tomorrow when she is supposed to be returning
