I'm not that keen on cold enamelling but I know people on here like Muranosilver use it really successfully. I love vitreous enamel although it can be a bit hit and miss. Most of what I do is quite uncomplicated. My enamelled flowers are made with transparent enamel.

    Hi reikiangel
Cold Enamelling is really working with resin, so the books you need are resin books. Each pack is different but it's important to keep to the ratio that is in the instructions e.g for colores it's 1 part hardner to 2 parts resin.

You can then add stuff like glitter, pearl-ex powders or even ground up eye shadows (only a little though).
    Hope that helps

Don't know if it's full but there's this one at Birmingham University
Called "How to Use Coloured Resins In Jewellery"
It's on the 3rd August but they might be running more (or the tutor might)
