    Default Nic's PMC class V's Christmas

    It's just occurred to me that i'm looking forward to my pmc day at Nic's much more than i'm looking forward to christmas! since i booked i've been counting down till 24th jan and christmas is just an annoying thing getting in the way before hand!!lol

    I understand that totally - for personal reasons I'm just living for 6th January and, like you said, Christmas just gets in the way.

    I haven't written one card or put up one decoration and we have no tree either. There's only me, K, and the 6th January.

    I will do some cards just cos the OH says I must. Methinks I might be depressed

    I don't think you're depressed honey. It's a natural reaction, when having feelings about a particular thing hurts too much it's a lot easier not to have any feelings at all and you just kind of exist in stasis. Just hang on in there a little longer, if the 6th Jan means what I think it does then you probably won't know what to do with all your emotions. It'll soon settle down.

    In eastern Europe and Russia the 7th of January is when they celebrate Christmas - so why not be an Eastern European this year!

    What a brilliant idea! My mum always used to call 6th January Little Christmas (she shouldn't have called it anything at all - she was Jewish!)
