    Hi Guys,

Oh gawd, I'm not looking forward to getting ready, as my oh will have to get me ready and I just know its going to hurt

Take care of yourselves and have a lovely Christmas guys

Ow! There's nothing worse than neck or back pain. Hope it gets better soon. Are you getting some treatment either from a chiropractor or an acupunturist?

I visit an osteopath when my back goes - might be worth a try? Hope you feel better soon.
