    Smile Feeling a bit better today

    Thanks for all your kind wishes and cuddles. I feel much better today, as I used my orthopaedic pillow on the bed last night and actually slept - yipee. Plus, I was able to wash and dress myself which is always a plus

    Must admit, though, to behaving in a crab-like way in the last few days, had to roll out of bed sideways, as I couldn't stand up properly and getting in the bath was a total disaster yesterday oh the pain...

    Oh Gawd, where would we be without our painkillers and wheatbags to put on those achy necks and backs of ours! eh guys...
