    Default Hammers

I keep an old claw hammer which is way beyond polishing, for hammering type jobs! But I recognise the "I can't use that one" thing!!

My OH now doesn't have any hammers he can use cos they've all been dressed.

I was a bit miffed after I did the most battered of them though because next day I wanted something for texturing and it would have been ideal

You know you're a metalsmith when your mother gives you a family heirloom ring, and makes you promise not to pull it apart.

....... when the pressies you get most excited about (and can't sleep for thinking of them) are pieces of equipment. I ordered my birthday pressies from Rio Grande last night and had a notification this morning to say they're on their way! Yippeeeeeeeeeeee!
