Lol Michelle, add another 8 years to that for me. My school reports always said 'Easily distracted.'

Mine are to be more focussed and actually achieve something concrete each week, by planning more and having PC free days (I think this essential for me as once it goes on....)

I'm with Carole on the better Work/Life balance - in fact I've already started that by getting a new job which I start in January which should give me that So the other resolutions are to be more focused (I get easily distracted too!) and have more "me" time - I've been I a job where I can easily work 14 hours a day and the stress and pressure has now got too much.

I posted this a couple of days ago with no real timeline planned. After being on the receiving end of some curt requests and colourful language today, I decided that enough was enough (mostly through temper I have to say, I hate bad manners & rudeness in the workplace). The upshot if it was a discussion with my store manager about what happens next. He is now looking into the possibilities of me stepping down, going back to regular hours and maybe moving to a place where I can make a difference, without me loosing out too much financialy.

One of my resolutions fulfilled without any effort at all ( well execpt the amount of effort it took not to hit said person over the head with heavy object). I wonder, would it have happened if I'd not posted the comment!

God I feel so much better now!!!!
