Silver clay stamp

I know if your piece is under the mimimum weight you do not have to Hallmark it . But if you want to identify you piece do you use a 925 stamp ? Or is PMC a higher silver content ?

Plus what are the best Silversmith course's to go on .

Just started out so be kind if this is a really stupid question .

PMC & Art Clay silver both end up as Fine Silver which would be stamped 999.
There's a few course suggestions on this thread page 2 & 3
If you follow the links you'll find lots of info.
+ check out your local college & higher ed place they might be able to help too
