Question What do you think guys...

This one's amethyst, rose quartz & fwp's on sts.

This one's sodalite, fwp's and swaros on sterling.

I made this one this morning, its amazonite, fwp and swaros with sterling beads and clasp.

    My very own web!

Love to hear from you with your honest opinions please about my designs - style, colours etc. .

I love the large necklaces especially the wavy wire, or is that gimp? How do you get that effect?

Ah, that's the sterling silver coiled wire, which I love using. I'll be booking myself onto some courses, though, as I'm keen to use PMC and perhaps stained glass.

I love the colours of the Amethyst/rose quartz one...doesn't the addition of the green crystals just make the colours sing!! And I would happily wear the Amazonite one...such a serene colour combination...and I too would like to know more about the 'wavy bits'!

Love that web. It looks great! I reckon it would look pretty good as a collar as well.

How long did it take you to make? I take forever with coiling.

Default What do you think guys - thanks for lovely feedback.

Hi Guys - Aw, thanks ever so for your lovely comments about my 'stuff'. I really appreciate it - its great to have you guys saying my stuff is ok - it means a lot.

I do love using my 'coils' and find myself using them in a lot of my designs - its a really fine wire (that I buy in), which is wrapped round a wavy piece of thicker wire to produce the coil shape. uuuum - must get on and practice some wire wrapping, as I'd love to make some of my own, plus lots of other shapes and pretties !

How I make my stuff is that I just play around with things. I do terrible drawings that no-one else would ever understand. The cobweb came from a beautiful spiders web I saw one day whilst out walking - loved it and thought I'd got to give it a go with my beading bits. I never finished it as it didn't hang properly - so once I do, I'll post a piccie on my album if you like. I think it took me a couple of hours to do, but it was a while ago.

(I'm off to do some gardening and dig up a few veggies for dinner). Then I must must must make some more stuff.

    Thanks guys
    Jules x
