Oooh, lots of interesting non-jewellery hobbies here - what a talented bunch

My hobby was beading and silverwork, but now I work 2-3 days every week flogging my wares on a craft market stall, the hobby is now work and takes up a lot of my time. I've recently been on an art clay course and I'm looking forward to playing with clay as well.

    Other interests include
gardening, but just a small London garden - I can keep plants outside alive but rubbish at anything inside the house including indestructible spider plants
    reading almost anything
    dressmaking occasionally
alternative therapies - I am a trained massage therapist (but it never took off as a proper income) so I like to keep my hand in with friends/family and sometimes volunteering for healing tents, post-marathon massages etc
    crosswords and suduku
swimming (but not often enough )

Next year I'd like to pick up my knitting again and have a bash at lampworking.

I'm hoping for world peace but I'd also like something shiny as well...

Been making cold process soaps for nearly 10 years and creams and lotions
Started making jewellery about 4 years ago, semi precious etc. Started lampworking two years ago and that now has first place, although I do sell my soap and stuff regularly and I am becoming more and more interested in silver.. so far only bashing it.. but want to learn to solder, just so that I can bash soldered things

oh I forgot! I'm an accredited tarot reader, trainer, mentor and counsellor! How could I forget that. Until I got the silver bug it was my obsession.

My word Di, is there no end to your talents!!!

Wow so many talented people on this forum ... ooooh and so many more brains to pick I am now feeling particularly dull in comparison as I really don't have much outside of jewellery, but then a 3 year old and a 9 month old pretty much take care of that xx
