    Hm, I had a salmon steak poached in wine with a vegetable grill thingy. First half sounds posh, doesn't it!!

    We ended up with a haloumi stir-fry with Black Bean sauce and, as a special treat, Apple Crumble (OH is diabetic so desert is usually fresh fruit).
