hi guys, just thought i'd drop in and say hello, i have been viewing but have had nothing to write about as have been feeling crappy so have made absolutely zilch for a while and boy do i feel guilty about it!!
i've got so much to get started but just do not have the energy or the concentration to get on and do it, and now it's been decided i have the dreaded swine flu!!!!
so now my life line is my laptop and my mobile, stuck in bed with the dog for company, while my bench is calling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Give yourself some relaxation time. Don't feel guilty. You're sick for god's sake. If you decide that 'okay, I'm sick, I don't have to do anything for three days and then I'll see'. Then at least for three days, you don't have to feel any guilt. Watch some movies, read a book, relax!

Don't fight it, it will make you feel worse and take longer to clear. Stay in bed, plenty of fluids, plenty of sleep and give yourself a few days recovery. You'll be back soon
