I think there is something in the air....my Mum and I have both being waking up crying this week missing my Dad (he died a year and a half ago)

I am sure many on here have lost family and loved ones to Cancer, unfortunately it is a short time from cradle to grave but you have to stay positive, which I always try to do.

I am feeling quite good tonight anyway, I have a happy tummy, made a nice Cottage Pie with a side helping of Cauliflower cheese then popped over the co-op and bought a pain-au-chocolat a nice homer style doughnut and a bar of Galaxy Cookie Crumble.

You are indeed a very positive person J, and sounds like a delicious dinner, i must have somehow mislaid my invite?

I can empathize, Annie. I'm very up and down at the moment, can't concentrate or settle at anything. And poor Richard (OH) - I'm flying off the handle at the silliest of things.

On a lighter note (or should that be heavier), why aren't you a big, fat lard mountain, J?
